Child, Adolescent and Family Therapist

I am committed to providing high quality psychological care for your child who may be faced with a variety of challenges in his/her life. Understanding where your child is in their development and how to successfully help him/her thrive using their strengths and my knowledge and compassion is my mission.
Using an individualized approach, we can work collaboratively to solely focus on your child’s needs. By tailoring to their individual issues, together we are able to create a treatment plan that is specific to each child.

It is important for families to know that they are not alone. I believe in working together to tackle any problem that may be happening in your life. Whether your needs are for short-term problem solving or long-term growth work, I will work collaboratively with you on your goals for the future. Building resiliency and helping you live life to it’s fullest potential is my goal.
At times, working together as a team as well as having separate appointments may be beneficial for overall growth; helping each family member realize that they have a place of importance in the success of the family, creating goals and working together to create changes.

It is with the utmost respect and compassion that I am determined to help with any issues related to diagnosis/illness/hospice care. I am confident that my knowledge and personal experience in this area may benefit you during one of the most difficult times in your life. Using Kubler-Ross’s stages of grief and working collaboratively with clients and their families is necessary to create comfort and support during this difficult time.
There are many issues that come up from diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy and/or hospice. Caring for aging parents and/or the illness of a sibling, being informed into the issues that may come up can only help and possibly reduce one’s stress.
